BoomBoomWorld is committed to child safety. The TikTok API and associated branding are owned by TikTok. Your use of TikTok branding must comply with TikTok’s brand guidelines.
Access to certain features of the Service may be subject to fees, which will be clearly communicated to you before you incur them. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party services, including TikTok. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed by any third party. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoomBoomWorld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
